Recognising a dental emergency

Dental pain is a significant indicator of a potential emergency. It can be acute or chronic, disrupting sleep and impacting your overall well-being. If the pain stems from a dental infection, it can lead to more serious complications, such as facial or neck swelling and a raised temperature. It’s crucial to seek dental help immediately.

Other dental emergencies include:

  • Broken or fractured teeth
  • Lost fillings or crowns
  • Avulsed (knocked out) teeth
  • Severe gum bleeding
  • Dental abscesses
  • Trauma to the mouth or teeth following an accident

Our emergency dental services
